Coaching Process

Step 1:
Complimentary Coaching Consultation


I like to meet with prospective clients for a 30-minute consultation before we begin any kind of coaching relationship. Coaching works best when there's a good fit between the client and the coach.

During this brief meeting we will discuss the goals you want to achieve and what you perceive to be the obstacles currently holding you back. I will explain how I work and will answer any questions you may have about the process.

If we both feel it's a good fit, we'll move on to making a formal agreement. And if it's not a perfect fit, you will have had the opportunity to talk about your goals and have a good idea about your next step.
Step 2:
Complete the new client package

I ask new clients to complete a number of forms including a coaching agreement, client profile and Great Life questionnaire.

I also ask new clients to take a free online survey that helps them clarify their values, and the Strengths Finder 2.0 questionnaire.
Step 3:
Set up our schedule and begin meeting


Once I have your completed paperwork, we will establish our schedule and determine whether we'll meet in person (for local clients) or by telephone.
