Gail Pentz
I am living the life of my dreams here on Florida's west coast, and while I love my life now, it wasn't always this way. Had I known about life coaching at the beginning of my career, I think I would have gotten here a whole lot faster and with a lot less angst!
My work experience spans Fortune 500 companies to nonprofits. I know firsthand the unique challenges professionals face. As a corporate trainer, I traveled so much that I needed to have pages added to my passport! I delivered training in the U.S. and in 18 countries. I designed and wrote hundreds of instructional materials for several industries, and worked as a teacher and staff member in private schools. I also have experience with small businesses. I was a founding partner of T.W.I.C.E. Educational Services, Inc., a Sarasota-based continuing education firm serving mental health professionals, and am currently involved part-time as their Director of Operations.
I know the pain and frustration of feeling stuck in a lifestyle that no longer served me. Having worked 60+ hours a week for many years, I have made the transition to a shorter work week filled with activities I find satisfying and fulfilling. Less time at work translates into more time for recreational travel, self-care, and personal development. I firmly believe that as we take better care of ourselves, we are better equipped to share our gifts with the world.
As a professional life coach, I collaborate with busy professionals to help them take back their personal lives and actively pursue their dreams. I'm a member of the International Coach Federation and have been trained by Coach U. I am also a Certified Dream Coach® through Dream University.
